Effective Sunday, August 20, 2006, CME will begin broadcasting the Instrument Creation (MO) market data messages approximately two (2) hours earlier in the CME certification environment. The current dissemination time is approximately 2:00 p.m. Central Time. Beginning on Sunday, MO messages will be disseminated at approximately 12:00 noon Central Time. Effective Sunday, October 15, 2006, this change will take effect in the CME production environment.
